How will I know the balance I can spend and when funds are added to my account?

You can view your balance, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging into your online account.  Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to advise you of your current balance. Click here to find ways to contact our customer service team

Prior to issuing you the card, your provider will advise you of the agreed amount and frequency of your loads.  In addition to this, each time your card is loaded, you will receive an email to notify you of this.
