When will I receive my BHN Pay card?

If the provider has advised that you are receiving a physical card, you will receive an email to confirm your card has been processed, your card will then arrive through the post within 2-5 working days. 

If the provider has advised that you are receiving a virtual card, you will receive an email once this has been processed with details of how to access your virtual card account.
