What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

If you think you have lost your card or had it stolen, please get in touch with us straight away so that we can block that card and get a new one out to you as soon as possible. Please note, charges may apply for a replacement card which we will advise you of at the time. Please check your terms and conditions for more information.

We recommend that you freeze your card as soon as you realise you have lost it, you can do this by logging into your online account and going to the My Card section. This will ensure that if someone has your card or finds it, they will not be able to use it to make any purchases. Freezing your card is a temporary block that you can remove, so if you're not sure if you have lost your card, or perhaps have just left it in that coat pocket - it gives you the peace of mind that no one is spending your money while you track your card down.
