How do I cancel a direct debit?

You can cancel a direct debit within your online BHN Pay card account, please go to the Direct Debits page, locate the direct debit you wish to cancel under the Live Direct Debit section and click on the cancel button.  Once cancelled, the direct debit will then be removed from the Live Direct Debit Section and appear in the Cancelled Direct Debit section.
