What happens if the account balance is too low on the day the direct debit it due?
If there are insufficient funds at 4am on the date your direct debit is due, we will send you an email to advise that the Direct Debit payment has failed. Your card must be loaded with sufficient funds before 2pm on the same day and the direct debit will then be attempted again. If the balance is still too low, the direct debit will fail and the merchant may suspend or cancel your services
